«VIPS- DIPLO» will inform you about men and women entrusted with Foreign Affairs and world politics in their government. Most of them are in the shadow and seldom have their picture displayed in newspapers or press release in news agencies. In order to complete the work we have done about Chiefs od States and Heads of Governments (see VIPS 2000) we decided to pay a tribute to the Heads of the Foreign Offices around the world. Thus we hope those who are concerned with the policy of those State delegates in Foreign Affairs will get a better acquaintance of them. As a supplement a full list of all the international organizations (over 200)( humanitarian, educational, economical polital and others) working in partnership with the various countries will also be available. A mere «click» will take you throughout these international organizations and let you aware of their birth-date, their aims, their members and even, when that is possible, of the name of their president or general secretary. |
